Primitivo
A dazzling ruby coat with timid garnet flashes. The scent is an elegant and incessant flow of black cherries, blueberries, snuff tobacco and bread gum, a balsamic breath of sweet spices. Without half measures it detonates with aromas of cherry and wild strawberries, intense as usual with tones of resin and summer flowering and also bark, dark spices and a faint caress of vanilla aroma. It has an adamantine ruby color and an intense and generous aromatic nature. Like a drumming sound it delights the sense of smell with notes of berries, damask rose, mint chocolate, fine spices of each progeny, and then turns to memories of blond tobacco and liquorice powder. The taste is more than impressive, it is rounded and fascinating: it has a well-calibrated structure, with noble tannins and flashes of savory minerality. It has an explosive personality in the mouth, where the taste expands without limits, enriching itself with notes of potpourri and marine scrub, in a growing progression marked by creamy tannins and a disarmingly rounded finish. In the mouth it is a champion of proportion: it has jovial softness, measured tannic texture and a fresh-savory counterbalance to balance everything. Noteworthy is the lengthening in persistence.

According to the classic method, the base wine is refermented in the bottle for approximately 40 days; these are followed by a period of refinement on the lees of 100 months.
