“I was a guest of a farmer from Ostuni who produces for himself and his friends a few hundred liters of wine obtained from some strains of Ottavianello planted in the countryside surrounding his home. Beyond the many technical flaws found in tasting, intrigued me with some sublime taste-olfactory notes. I decided that I should try to give luster to this forgotten variety and after four years of research I am excited about Otto and ready to bet on the bright future that awaits him”.

Coral pink, clear and bright. The nose is ample and elegant, with hints that evolve from florealto balsamic. In the mouth it is fresh and taut and the freshness supports very well the typical fruits. The finish is silky and persistent with a return of iodine scents.
