2018 YEAR - 1300 BOTTLES
Shining, concentrated ruby mantle. A very pure nose, sketched on the gentle features of the terroir: black cherry, swirling ensemble of wild fruits, mint tobacco and myrtle, a hint of rhubarb and juniper berries. It has explosive personality on the palate, where the flavour expands unrestrainedly, enriching itself with notes of potpourri and marine scrub, in a growing progression marked by creamy tannins and a finish of disarming roundness. Extremely long persistence, to open applause.

Vinification and Ageing
Harvest: By hand in boxes after submaturation on the plant by choking the stalk. Manual selection of the grapes in the cellar and subsequent shelling.
Vinification: Maceration with the skins for at least 15 days.
Fermentation at controlled temperature with continuous pumping over.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barriques with malolactic fermentation.

FRAUMA - NEGROAMARO IN PUREZZA
YEAR 2018 - 1450 BOTTLES
A flaming ruby colour, denser in the centre of the glass, from which rises a fine swirl of aromas of sour cherries and cherries, red roses and Caribbean cedar, coffee, a deep dowry of dark spices, a caress of cinnamon and a special sylvan note. The palate is stupendous, truly material: the structure measured to the micron is complemented by superior phenolic mass; complex and vital, it offers an extraordinarily long and varied persistence.

SORMA – OTTAVIANELLO IN PUREZZA
YEAR 2018 - 1200 BOTTLES
Beautiful ruby colour of great luminosity. The nose is stunningly beautiful: refined aromas of ripe blackberry and cassis on the attack, followed by tones of wild strawberries, mentholated notes and aromatic herbs, and a precious touch of English leather that makes it even more noble. In the mouth it is savoury, full-bodied, with an elegant balance between freshness and perfectly ripe tannin. Completing the harmony is a long, intense finish with hints of Mediterranean scrub.

Description
It is bright ruby in colour, with rich texture. Its olfactory framework is distinct and decidedly characterful, with aromas of wild fruit and California plum, fleshy flowers that seem to spill into the glass, thyme and mint, a hint of clay and spicy puffs. In the mouth it is a champion of proportion: it has jovial softness, measured tannic texture and a fresh-savoury counterbalance to balance it all. Worthy of note is the lengthening persistence.

Description
An adamantine ruby colour and an intense and generous aromatic character. Like a drumming sound, it delights the nose with notes of wild berries, damask rose, mint chocolate, fine spices of all progenies, then veers into memories of blond tobacco and liquorice powder. On the palate, it is more rounded and fascinating than impressive: it has a well-calibrated structure, with noble tannin and flashes of savoury minerality. It is enjoyable until the long epilogue, orchestrated on tones of citrus.

Description
A dazzling ruby colour with shy garnet flashes. The bouquet is an elegant and incessant profusion of black cherries, blueberries, snuff and bread gum, a balsamic and sweet spice afflatus. On the palate, the gentle softness disarms a freshness that smells of citrus; the nonchalant tannins make the taste harmonious. The finish is exciting, long and articulate.

Description
Beautiful ruby point, translucent. Without half-measures it detonates with aromas of cherry and wild strawberries, intense as usual the tones of resin and summer flowers and more bark, dark spices and a faint caress of vanilla aroma. In the mouth, it has class to spare: the attack is fresh and savoury, then it accelerates with silky tannin well dissolved in the graceful structure. Enviable precision of the olfactory references that animate a long persistence.
